  1. Value isn't just always in style, it's always within budget. Buying cheap furnishings that constantly break down (file drawers sticking, pneumatic chair cylinders losing their seal, etc) is a short-sighted investment. Learning to use space efficiently can actually let you get by with using fewer pieces of furniture (especially since storage of physical documents can be eliminated in so many situations). Having more floor space free and higher quality in the furnishings that are in place is a win-win for employees who feel less cramped and appreciate having good equipment to work with.
